1. About these terms
These terms apply to every iPhone app published by Wavista Apps ("we", "us"):

Wavista Apps is operated by William Tsao, an individual based in California, USA. By downloading or using an app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
If you are under 18, you may use the apps only with your parent's or guardian's permission. Where the law requires it, the App Store asks for that permission.
2. Apple's standard license
Each app is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). These terms add to the Apple EULA. If the two conflict, the Apple EULA controls your license to use the app. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the apps or their content.
3. Subscriptions and free trials
- Sold through Apple. Paid features are sold through Apple's App Store, mostly as auto-renewing subscriptions. Some apps also sell one-time purchases, such as a lifetime unlock or a pack of photo restorations. The purchase screen shows the price, how often it renews and any free trial before you buy. Prices can differ by country.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, if you start with a free trial, when the trial ends.
- Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically for the same length at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Free trials. A free trial, when offered, is for new subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting an app does not cancel its subscription.
- Refunds. Apple handles all payments and refunds under its own policies. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
- Packs. A pack, such as a pack of restorations, is used up as you use it. Used items are not given back, including after Delete my data, and packs have no cash value.
- Daily limits. Features that use our server have limits per person (daily, and for some plans weekly or monthly), so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone. The app tells you when you reach it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- add photos, recordings or text that you do not have the right to use;
- use an app to break the law, to harm, harass or deceive anyone, or to make or share illegal content;
- try to get around subscriptions, daily limits or other safeguards, or send requests to our server other than through the app;
- copy, reverse engineer or interfere with the apps or our server, except where the law allows it;
- present an app's result to others as a professional opinion, such as a medical assessment, a coin grade or appraisal, an authentication of an item, or a professional design.
We may stop providing a service to anyone who breaks these rules.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos, recordings and text you add. You let us use them only to provide the feature you asked for, as described in the app's privacy policy (for example, sending a photo to OpenAI to analyze it). As far as we are concerned, the results an app makes for you are yours to use for any lawful purpose.
6. AI results are estimates
Several apps use AI, either on your iPhone with Apple's model or on our server with OpenAI, to analyze photos and text. AI can be wrong, even when it sounds sure. Confidence labels are a guide, not a promise. Results are estimates for information only. Check anything important with a qualified person or an official source before you rely on it. You are responsible for the decisions you make with a result.
7. Notices for specific apps
Fortly and Unslump: not medical advice
Fortly and Unslump are for tracking, education and general wellness only. They do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and they never recommend a dose or a change to your medication. Talk to your clinician before you change your medication, diet or exercise. In Fortly, protein and calories from meal photos are estimates. In Unslump, stop any movement that hurts, and talk to your clinician first if you have pain, an injury or a health condition. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Leafmend: follow the product label
A plant diagnosis is a likely cause, not a certainty. If you use any treatment product, including one the app mentions, read and follow the product's label, which is the legal guide to using it safely. Keep products away from children, pets and food crops as the label directs, and follow your local rules.
Mintwise: identifications and melt values are estimates
Coin identifications, error checks and grades are estimates, not a professional grading, authentication or appraisal. The melt value is the coin's metal content times a recent spot price. It is not what a collector or dealer would pay, which depends on the coin's authenticity, grade and the market. Links to other sites, such as price guides and sold listings, go to services we do not run. Before you buy, sell or insure a coin, have it checked by a professional grading service or a reputable dealer.
Curb Appeal AI: visualizations, not plans
Designs are pictures to help you imagine a change. They are not professional plans, drawings or specifications, and colors, plants, materials, sizes and costs may not match reality. Before you start work, check with qualified professionals, your local building rules and any homeowners association, and contact 811 before you dig.
Rocklore: identifications can be wrong, and collecting rules are yours to follow
Rock, mineral and fossil identifications can be wrong. Do not rely on the app to decide whether a specimen is valuable or safe to handle, cut, heat or eat. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules where you collect. Many public lands limit or ban collecting (for example, most national parks do not allow it), private land needs the owner's permission, and rules change. Any collecting information in the app is general and may be out of date, so check with the land manager before you collect.
FlipMath: resale prices are estimates
Resale prices, fees and profit are estimates. Real sale prices depend on condition, demand, the marketplace, fees and shipping, and they change. FlipMath does not authenticate brands or items. Check the item and the market yourself before you buy or list it.
Leanroll: you choose what to delete
Leanroll suggests photos and videos to delete, but you decide, and iOS asks you to confirm each deletion. Deleted items go to Recently Deleted in the Photos app, where iOS keeps them for a limited time before removing them for good. Check a suggestion before you delete it, and keep a backup of photos that matter.
Timeworn: restorations are AI recreations
Restored and colorized photos are made by AI. Colors, faces and details are the AI's best guess and may differ from the real people and places. Suggested dates and details are estimates. Keep your original prints and scans.
Only upload photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows other living people, you confirm that sharing it with us to restore it is OK with them.
Big Button Universal TV Remote: supported TVs
The remote works with supported Roku, Samsung and LG TVs on the same Wi-Fi network, and some features depend on your TV's model and settings. The app is not made, endorsed or supported by Roku, Samsung or LG. Their names are used only to say which TVs the app works with.
8. Other companies' services
The apps rely on services from other companies, such as Apple (the App Store, payments, Apple Intelligence and Apple Health) and OpenAI (cloud AI). Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Changes to the apps
We may add, change or remove features, or stop offering an app. Features that use our server need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable.
10. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that an app will be error-free, uninterrupted or right for your purpose. Some places do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the apps or their results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to the apps is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and for important changes we will also tell you in the app or on this page before they take effect. If you keep using an app after the changes take effect, you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your local courts.
